Anyone with an interest in PHP! Registration is completely open to anyone; you can even bring your Java friends if they don’t mind taking some flack and being ridiculed for 3 days. Beginners to advanced PHP users will enjoy the comraderie and exchange of information this informal camping setting will bring.
